Covid Refund Policy: In the event that we should have to cancel the meet due to COVID-19 restrictions or another government shutdown, our plan is to offer as much of a refund as is possible for each athlete. This amount would be calculated based on the outlay of overhead we have paid in preparation for the meet, which we cannot recover.
